As well as more training with Balanced Body this year, she attended workshops in Germany with Lolita San Miguel -( trained by Joseph Pilates himself), Kathy Corey and Alan Herdman.
Louise is the lead Pilates Instructor at Impact Physiotherapy, and combines Physiotherapy treatments, 1:1 Physio-Pilates as well as leading a number of studio classes a week, along with the ante and post natal Pilates classes, and sport specific classes for athletes, most recently for the Nottinghamshire County Cricket fast bowlers.
