“I enjoy updating my skills and relish a challenge”

  • I have been attending the Long Eaton branch for several years. The receptionists are always very polite and helpful. They are also extremely efficient both before an appointment with e-mail reminders and on the day of a visit. They create a calm and business like “”first impression”” of Impact Physiotherapy. I cannot rate them highly enough. I have been seen by Fiona on and off for several years. Besides being an accomplished physiotherapist, she always explains fully the treatment and clearly explains exercises for me to do between appointments and importantly makes sure that I understand before I leave that day. I have recently had massages with Amanda which I shall continue to do on a monthly basis. Again any treatment is explained in detail and she also listens to what I am saying so that she can make valued judgements on how she approaches my issues. I would thoroughly recommend the Long Eaton practice from the evidence of first hand experience.
