Reviews for Sally
This is the second time I came to Impact Physio and both times I have seen Sally. First time with lower back problems and this time with Bursitis. When I came to see Sally I was struggling walking, sitting, sleeping and with Sally’s help and good advice I am now up and walking about. I stuck religiously to the exercise she advised and noticed big improvements in a matter of weeks. Just want to give a big thank you to Sally
I was more than satisfied with the treatment I received at Impact Physio. I now have a lot greater movement in my neck than I did before Sally Moore worked her magic. I found her to be very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend this treatment centre to any one struggling with pain and reduced mobility
I had a brilliant experience with impact physio. Sally was lovely and very professional. She listened to my issue well and investigated the precise issue before starting exercises and massage. Sally was very knowledgeable which showed as she knew the exact spots that needed massage which helped me so much, it released the problem in my shoulder so I had full use back and was able to return to the gym after 3 sessions. She was extra caring as well as she knew she was going to have time off when I needed an appointment and made sure it was covered and the other lady knew exactly what I needed. The emails with the exercises on were great as well as I forget things easily! Thank you!
I would like to say a big thank you to Sally at Long Eaton. This was my second round of sessions with a hip problem. I didn’t get around to leaving a review first time and felt a little guilty!
Sally has helped and advised me greatly. She has pointed me in the right direction, I will be keeping up with my exercises and would like to extend my appreciation. Thank you Sally.
Sally was great!
Understood my problems and dealt with them
Very reassured and got some confidence back
Thank you
Both physios that I saw, Sally and Jenny, could not have been nicer or more professional. The office staff were likewise excellent, and the appointment system interface was flawless. I was referred via GP but would not hesitate to recommend the service to anyone.
I cannot thank Sally and the staff at Impact enough for what they did to help me with my chronic back pain. Genuinely changed my life and I’m so grateful for the time and effort Sally took to help me and I hope others in pain do the same. I’m back at work, i’m playing sports and I even have pain free days which is something I never thought I would say again! I had tried many other treatments and also had other physiotherapy which didn’t work out for me but the difference was immediately evident in the way I was treated here. If you are in pain, don’t give up and give Impact a try. I wish I could leave more than 5 stars, thank you for helping me.
I got injured while training for a marathon. When I went to see Sally 3 weeks before the run I couldn’t walk without pain let alone run. Sally listened to my goals and was so encouraging. She clearly knows what she’s doing too because I ran it yesterday, no stopping and no pain! Would 100% recommend!
Very happy with the help given to me by Sally. She’s very encouraging and
soon had me sorted with a exercise plan,to sort out my problems.
Would highly recommend Sally and her team at long eatons Impact Physio.
Many thanks.
Sally was brilliant in diagnosing my problem and also explaining probable causes.
she put a plan of exercises together and some somewhat uncomfortable manipulation, which have put me on the road to recovery after 2 years of Dr’s talking rubbish (which I knew).
I am back running and it will be some time before I’m back to where I want to be, but I know I’ll get there, which is a huge relief.
I attended Impact because of chronic pain from an old ankle fracture. Sally Moore was the physio. She quickly established bad walking traits and identified posture weaknesses. She advised me of various directed exercises and recommended better walking techniques. I have followed her advice over 10 weeks and have noticed quantitive improvements in my gait and a diminishing of the chronic pain. Sally’s advice has formed part of my daily routine from which I will benefit. Sally was courteous and totally professional during my consultations at Impact.
I was pretty fed up with not being able to walk very well. Needed my crutches even around the house. I knew once I came to you. It would get better . Sally was brilliant explaining what I needed to do , how to do it what equipment I needed. Confident now to keep doing what she taught me that it will continue to improve. Thank you all
Sally was brilliant. Equipped me with the knowledge on how to ease my back pain and had an understanding of why the problem was occurring.
Sally was absolutely brilliant! There was an improvement in the pain and movement in my shoulder and arm immediately, but Sally continued to work with me for another 6 sessions and the improvements continued until we were both ready for a discharge. I actually enjoyed my sessions as Sally was such good fun. Would highly recommend.
I was referred to Impact Physiotherapy by my GP last year after experiencing back and neck pain for a considerable amount of time.
The physiotherapist I saw for the duration of my treatment was Sally Moore.
Sally was amazing!
I was treated during the session and given an exercise program to follow at home. I was also advised on the changes I could make including the way I sit at work, pillow positioning, type of bag I carry and feel so much better now. After being in pain and discomfort for such a long time I feel great!
I was referred by my GP and Sally was my ‘ appointed person’. She quickly diagnosed my problem and gave me some exercises to alleviate my pain. I am very happy to say that I have had a massive improvement in my mobility.
Safety measures due to the Covid situation were in place.
I have no hesitation in reccomending this clinic.
Thank you Sally.
Sally was fantastic can’t believe how much better I feel now, never thought it possible. I will continue my exercises and its good to know she’s only a phone call away.
I was referred by my G.P following an M.R.I of my back. Feeling so stiff and in considerable pain I was prepared to try anything. I have a complex household and committing to any appointments regularly would normally be tricky. A positive from the pandemic meant I was to access my physio through telephone calls (don’t answer “capital give me the cash”) and a skype video call.
I am extremely grateful to Sally for the totally professional support I received. This along with Sally’s sense of humour and genuine compassion I have achieved more than I thought possible.
Sally may now picture a monkey bone instead of coccyx and my past rising from a chair like the ape to man to evolution image. I am much better now! This lovely lady is so reassuring and good at keeping focus on her patients.
The app that I was encouraged to download meant I could obtain my physio plan when I wanted, the helpful videos and tick charts helped me with motivation at first.
If I needed to communicate in-between sessions emailing or phoning the office was easy and always responded to quickly.
I wouldn’t ever hesitate to recommend Impact Physio or take up further sessions should my condition worsen.
Am honestly so grateful for the whole approach!

All the staff were extremely helpfull and friendly. My physiotherapist Sally Moore was very sympathetic, encouraging and helpful for all of my treatment.
Following a referral from my GP, I saw Sally Moore who is a lovely lady. She put a lot of effort into establishing the source of my issue rather than simply addressing the effect. I found her to be very knowledgeable and engaging. Having followed her advice and with her encouragement I was soon on the mend. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sally.
Sally at Impact at Pride Park did a wonderful job in getting me back on my feet with my back problem. From the onset, instructions on each exercise was given clearly and I’m in a much better position now due to great help from Sally. Fantastic work. Sally was a God send.
I popped along to ‘Impact’ a few weeks ago and had a good session with Sally. She is well experience in Physio treatment and soon had her hands on my problem areas, my legs. The treatment was good and the back-up videos sent to me after my visit, will help me to exercise in the correct way in future.
Well worth a visit.
I’ve been seeing Sally Moore at Long Eaton for several months. Sally is a very approachable and professional lady whose treatment has helped me considerably, Sally immediately puts you at ease. I would certainly recommend Impact Physio all of the staff are polite friendly and professional which you feel as soon as you walk in.
Sally has been very helpful, and the exercises are straightforward, easy to follow. My back is improving slowly – many thanks.
Extremely satisfied with my physio sessions. Sally was very patient with me, and I felt more confident and the exercises she recommended have certainly helped me to walk better.
Found Impact very easy to deal with, my Physio Sally, kept exploring different avenues of treatment and making sure that these were having an improvement. Ultimately I am now free of symptoms and very happy with the outcome.
The location is excellent, within the Arena which has a huge, free car park. My physio is Sally, who I have seen on and off for years, whenever I have a problem . You couldn’t wish for anyone better: she is so knowledgeable and her treatment first rate. She is also very friendly and will put you at your ease. Highly recommended!
My 5 sessions of physio got me back on track after i suffered a back injury at work. My physiotherapist, Sally Moore, was personable and professional at all times, and designed a tailored program of rehabilitation exercises that were key in helping me work towards a full recovery. I was happy with all aspects of the service that was provided and am grateful to Sally for her efforts.
I have to say how terrific Sally has been with her advice with pain associated with an old whip lash injury that had never gone away. With her help and guidance, acupuncture, and exercises, the pain has been less noticable. Thank you Sally, I can recommend your hands on approach.
I walked into the treatment room barely able to put one foot in front of the other, following an MRI scan to confirm a prolapsed disc at L4 that was pressing on my sciatic nerve causing severe pain. I was given the choice of surgery or find an alternative remedy, I opted to try another way. That is when I searched out and discovered Sally at Impact Physio, she’s amazing! I cannot praise her highly enough, her professionalism is of the highest calibre, the way she approached the problem, seeking information from me at each consultation and taking account of every detail before any treatment. She is thoughtful, kind, compassionate and caring, whilst constantly delving into her vast wealth of knowledge and experiences to provide a treatment that would have a positive result, including acupuncture. It was not a ‘quick’ fix, it took six months and in that time I gradually became free of pain, Sally provided encouragement and support along the way, including several exercise routines, personally tailored to me, which I still use today. If you are suffering from back pain or any other mobility complaint I highly recommend a visit to Sally at Impact Physio, I can’t thank her enough. Kind regards, David Pritchard.
Lovely receptionists and I have a particular physio in Sally more who always sorts my problems out! I recently tore my hamstring and with her help and my constant self rehab she had me training again within 4 weeks and now I’m fully fit again
I have had a problem with muscles in my back and shoulders which have caused me months of pain. I thought I would try physio before I went back to the GP again. After a few visits where I received a gruelling massage which afterwards felt like I’d been released from a vice, followed by several excercises sent by email with visual instructions, my back and shoulder pain has gone. Sally is a miracle worker. Thank you
I would like to say what an enjoyable experience I have had visiting Impacpt physiotherapist, the physio therapist (Sally) was exceptional with treating my injuries she gave me the confidence to re-take up activities,I cannot praise the clinic enough, and would definitely recommend them to anyone.
The staff are all very helpful and friendly and Sally Young Physio is AMAZING!
I was sent to Impact Physiotherapy by my health insurance company after a full hip replacement operation in November 2018. The joint was very stiff and I was struggling to move normally or return to my full range of movement. I had 6 sessions with Sally Moore who did an excellent job of getting me back to full health allowing me to continue my martial arts and gym training. On visiting the Professor who carried out the surgery for a post op review, he was delighted with the progress and has decided to refer other patients with sports related injuries to Impact in the future. Thank you to the team at Impact for all of their hard work in helping me recover.
Great experience from start to finish – my first time having acupuncture; I booked on the day as the clinic is near home. Straight in on time having filled in the necessary paperwork, met acupuncturist Sally who was thorough, professional and friendly, putting me completely at ease. The treatment has helped by back pain. Would thoroughly recommend.
First visit to this clinic, needing urgent treatment. Got the details off the internet and the pricing was clearly stated. The physio, Sally Moore, was brilliant from start to finish, competent in her accurate diagnosis and treatment. The follow-up video exercises, sent by email were impressive and worked well. As I paid by bacs afterwards, from home, I would have liked a receipt in the post. But overall, a highly recommended experience.
What a great person Sally is she really listens to your problems and gives a great service you should be proud to have her
I had been suffering with a chronic stiff neck and pins and needles in my right hand and got referred to see Sally at Impact. At our initial consultation, Sally talked me through the issue and recommended a series of exercises and after just two sessions, the pain and pins and needles has gone! I highly recommende the team at Impact and can’t speak highly enough of Sally.
Very friendly staff. Helpful and understanding. Sally was fantastic she put me at ease and was really helpful with my exercise’s. Would recommend this service to anyone who needs it.
I really enjoyed my physio sessions with Sally. I felt that she really helped me . Sally listened & her methods really worked for me.
I had Sally working on me and she was superb. She talked me through the benefits of every exercise, made sure I was clear about technique and checked progress astutely. She created a plan of treatment which was tailor made and changed it when necessary. She was also hands on and thorough. All round, a very positive experience, thank you.
I came to visit Sally as I had a severe ankle sprain she was brilliant, very chatty and made me feel comfortable. The surrounds are very personal and private, and very welcoming. I would highly recommend Sally and her co workers.
Reception staff very welcoming and friendly. Pleasant surroundings in the waiting room. Sally, who was my physio, is bubbly and cheerful and gave me the encouragement to continue with exercises which would help to rectify/improve my condition and eliminate/greatly reduce my discomfort and therefore enabling more freedom of movement in my arm and shoulder. She also identified my condition before it was confirmed by my doctor.
Brilliant, Sally helped with a lot of physio after an accident which led to me also joining the yoga classes. Everyone is super friendly and very welcoming especially Laura and her mum on reception. I really look forward to my Friday night Yoga sessions. KR Leon
Saw Sally Moore with a problematic neck which was causing headaches and was treated to a thorough examination, both verbal and physical, leading to exercises that dramatically lessened the discomfort in 7 days and am now almost back to normal. Brilliant service.
Able to give me an appointment for the next day. Sally was very good. I came away with all the information needed to help with my recovery. Comprehensive email sent with video links to the recommended exercises. Would go again but hope I don’t have to go back.
