Each person and condition requires individual specialised treatment, which can include a variety of skills and applications. This may include movement rehabilitation, soft tissue mobilisations, advice or acupuncture.”

  • Able to give me an appointment for the next day. Sally was very good. I came away with all the information needed to help with my recovery. Comprehensive email sent with video links to the recommended exercises. Would go again but hope I don’t have to go back.

  • Saw Sally Moore with a problematic neck which was causing headaches and was treated to a thorough examination, both verbal and physical, leading to exercises that dramatically lessened the discomfort in 7 days and am now almost back to normal. Brilliant service.
