I highly, highly recommend Impact Physio! Reception staff, Physios’ and all staff so friendly, welcoming and professional. I saw Louise for a number of weeks, with a very painful shoulder. Louise REALLY knows her stuff, but above all has such a passion for her work. She maintains her evidence based knowledge (which clearly shows in her approach to treating her patients) and she treated me with dignity. I’m so chuffed I now know about Impact Physio. The reception staff and physiotherapist all dealt with me very professionally. The therapist listened carefully to what I was saying and I was given good advice on exercises to do. As a result the arthritis in my hand has improved and stabilised. I am pleased.

The physio I received from a brilliant very supportive lady called Fiona was fantastic. She would spend the first few minutes asking how the week had gone with my physio exercise and then begin a review of how well I could move and what was easier and what felt worse! From that we would move on to physio and possible new exercises to try. Fiona always made me feel comfortable and better able to cope by the end of the session.

I had a brilliant experience with impact physio. Sally was lovely and very professional. She listened to my issue well and investigated the precise issue before starting exercises and massage. Sally was very knowledgeable which showed as she knew the exact spots that needed massage which helped me so much, it released the problem in my shoulder so I had full use back and was able to return to the gym after 3 sessions. She was extra caring as well as she knew she was going to have time off when I needed an appointment and made sure it was covered and the other lady knew exactly what I needed. The emails with the exercises on were great as well as I forget things easily! Thank you!
