I was more than satisfied with the treatment I received at Impact Physio. I now have a lot greater movement in my neck than I did before Sally Moore worked her magic. I found her to be very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend this treatment centre to any one struggling with pain and reduced mobility

I had a brilliant experience with impact physio. Sally was lovely and very professional. She listened to my issue well and investigated the precise issue before starting exercises and massage. Sally was very knowledgeable which showed as she knew the exact spots that needed massage which helped me so much, it released the problem in my shoulder so I had full use back and was able to return to the gym after 3 sessions. She was extra caring as well as she knew she was going to have time off when I needed an appointment and made sure it was covered and the other lady knew exactly what I needed. The emails with the exercises on were great as well as I forget things easily! Thank you!

Had treatment for a very painful back problem & the physiotherapy given by Impact gradually alleviated the problem. My therapist listened to me, answered my questions & the treatment recommended worked, hence 5 stars in this review.

I have recently had a course of treatments with Physio,Fiona Hunter,a lovely lady and so helpful. Fiona diagnosed the problem and has been so supportive and helpful with my treatment,can’t thank her enough.
The receptionists are lovely and helpful, everywhere is so clean and personal protection is in place.

I was highly delighted to be referred to Impact Physio at Long Eaton for treatment following a car accident. Louise was the physiotherapist I saw. During the course of 6 treatments she excelled in her treatment with the exercises also sent via email for me to practice at home. I would have no hesitation in using Impact Physio for any future treatment that I might require. We are lucky to have such a good physiotherapist company within Long Eaton.

Good experience. She understood my problem and addressed it, giving me exercises to do. My condition is improving significantly with those exercises, no further referral has been necessary.

From the minute I met my physio Chris Davenport I knew I had made the right decision to finally get my back pain sorted. He put my mind at ease and explained everything to me in great detail. My back felt so much better after just one session , it was a huge relief! Chris has also supported me in getting Occupational Health involved to help my back whilst at work . He was very friendly and supportive, I have already recommended him to other people!
I was also very impressed with the covid precautions put in place at the venue.
