Had physio on shoulders , neck and lower back . Was in a lot of pain before I started going to impact . I found Sinead to be very patient and extremely thorough . Over the months with her help, advice and experience I became much improved and in a lot less pain.

I had a shoulder injury for about 8 weeks before I went to the GP and when they asked me which clinic I would like to attend it was only ever going to be Impact I go to Impact whenever I need physio because I always get first class treatment without fail and I wouldn’t go anywhere else

I went to my doctor regarding a problem I had with pain in my hip and leg.I was told I needed to go to physiotherapy and I asked him if I could go to impact where I had been before. I was given an appointment within 2weeks.impact is an excellent company to use for physiotherapy and within 6 sessions i was able to notice the difference with movement in my hip and reduced pain.I was given exercises to do and if I had problems in between my appointments I could contact them and speak to the person who I was going to for my appointment.I would not use any other company if I needed to go to physiotherapy again.I have used impact more than once.I feel that I can recommend them to friends and family because when you come from an appointment you ‘ve come from there with satisfaction and they are very professional and always explain to you in detail how the problem can be resolved.I would always use them if I needed to in the future.when I had my first appointment with them I was told it was not going to be a quick fix and I would need to keep on with my exercises I was given l am still doing the exercises now and each week i can see improvements.i am free of pain.

I suffered a trapped nerve which caused a tingling down my left arm and a severe itch on the palm of my hand. It took the Physio no more than 2 minutes to find the problem at the base of my neck and about 10 minutes to devise a series of excercises lasting no more than 15 minutes a day. Within 4 weeks the problem has completely gone. Well done and thank you.

Hi Emma, Just to let you know that your diagnosis was spot on! I had surgery on Sunday for a ruptured UCL and small fracture – apparently a small flake of bone had come loose with the ligament. Thank you again for your advice – I’m glad I came to see you as if I’d left it as my GP suggested, it would have been more difficult to fix. Kind regards and thanks again, Maggie
