  • I had 8 Physio sessions with my physio therapist Chris and he was most helpful and considerate throughout for all of my problems. He always gave good advise and posted exercises for me to do at home which helped immensely. What I saw of the Long Eaton Impact Physiotherapy place the therapists who work there were well equipped and trained to deal with any of your problems to re habilitate.

  • I have been attending the Long Eaton branch for several years. The receptionists are always very polite and helpful. They are also extremely efficient both before an appointment with e-mail reminders and on the day of a visit. They create a calm and business like “”first impression”” of Impact Physiotherapy. I cannot rate them highly enough. I have been seen by Fiona on and off for several years. Besides being an accomplished physiotherapist, she always explains fully the treatment and clearly explains exercises for me to do between appointments and importantly makes sure that I understand before I leave that day. I have recently had massages with Amanda which I shall continue to do on a monthly basis. Again any treatment is explained in detail and she also listens to what I am saying so that she can make valued judgements on how she approaches my issues. I would thoroughly recommend the Long Eaton practice from the evidence of first hand experience.

  • The location is excellent, within the Arena which has a huge, free car park. My physio is Sally, who I have seen on and off for years, whenever I have a problem . You couldn’t wish for anyone better: she is so knowledgeable and her treatment first rate. She is also very friendly and will put you at your ease. Highly recommended!

  • I was referred to the Pride Park clinic by my GP after being diagnosed with a frozen shoulder. I saw two of your Physiotherapists- the first visit was with Phil & subsequent visits with Chris. Both were very gentle & professional & I was able to be signed off quicker than expected thanks to their ‘magic hands’. I would have no hesitation in recommending both of them

  • Good experience. She understood my problem and addressed it, giving me exercises to do. My condition is improving significantly with those exercises, no further referral has been necessary.

  • Alan Beers treated me with great care and respect advising on suitable exercises for my problem knee.
