Lots of stuff in the news at the moment about how obesity is on the increase and how we should be trying to lead a healthier lifestyle – close to home is the focus on 40-60 year olds! It is harder to squeeze in regular exercise sometimes, what with driving the kids around to their activities and juggling work commitments….
