I wanted to give a bit of a longer review. I saw Jo about 3 weeks ago about knee pain i'd been having. After a conversation and some diagnostics Jo was able to tell me, accurately, the inury I had and provide me loads of helpful information on treatment. I returned to see Jo today and although my knee is still painful (I have a meniscus tear which will take time to heal), lots of progress has been made and its certainly headed in the right direction. I really could not recommend Jo highly enough, she's friendly, knowledgable and has really helped me. If you're in pain or stuggling with an injuriy that won't go away – get yourself booked in you won't regret it!

Jo is a very approachable, knowledgeable and experienced Physiotherapist. I learnt alot about my issue (and Physiotherapy research in general) during my visits which helped me to understand the problems I was experiencing. Jo was able to give me a physio programme that I could implement in the home very easily. I have confidence that with the continued prescribed strengthening exercises, my issues will be more manageable. Thankyou Jo for your advice, knowledge and humour! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jo to anyone needing evidence-based advice from a friendly and experienced Physio.

Great experience this pm with Jo. She was kind helpful and empathetic and happy to do hands on physio to ease my symptoms. Felt so much better after even one session.

I saw Jo Keegan about my painful shoulder which she diagnosed as a frozen shoulder. After recording my range of movement she showed me specific exercises. 2 weeks later I was a lot better then we progressed with more challenging movements which made me even better. Jo was incredibly helpful, listening, testing and advising, excellent!

Jo Keegan has been fantastic throughout both my GP referrals. She is very good at explaining the mechanics of the body in a simple way to help understand the diagnosis and optimise the carefully prescribed exercises that follow. Her knowledge and positivity makes you feel confident you are in good hands and encourages you to stick with it! Charlotte

I was referred by my GP and have seen Jo, Chris, and now have regular sessions with Louise. They’ve all been amazing in helping me recover and work toward regaining my fitness after two major surgeries. Karen in reception is lovely, and every staff member I’ve met has been warm and welcoming. It truly feels like a happy, supportive place where everyone cares about your progress. I feel lucky to have been referred here and always look forward to my visits.

Patient review
Jo was brilliant. I had a fall and injured my hip ( I have arthritis) jo assessed me and came to the conclusion that I had some deep bruising. She gave me some acupuncture which I had not had before but definitely helped. Would definitely recommend

Patient review
I Initially had face to face physiotherapy after a GP referral at Park farm medical centre with Jo, I was very pleased with the treatment I received from Jo, things slowly started to improve for me. However the situation changed due to the COVID-19 government guidelines restricting face to face contact. I then received 'Zoom' consultations with Louise Leeming, I have to say these consultations worked very well. Louise was able to assess my problems over Zoom and offer excellent advice and treatment plans for me. I felt this was very person centred. I love the exercise plans that Louise emailed to me, I am able to refer back to the plan to make sure I'm doing the exercises correctly. I feel moving forward Zoom would be an efficient and effective way of assessment and treatment of patients, in between those face to face contacts. Thank you Louise and Jo for providing excellent knowledge, care and treatment.

Jo was great. Acupuncture worked a treat alongside manageable physio exercises for a week on week improvement on pain relief and mobility. Have recommended Jo/Impact to a colleague who has their first appointment booked !
