Danni listened carefully about my neck problem... and made some very relevant observations and suggestions for new exercises, and sent some interesting You tube videos... couldn’t ask for more at this stage.

Reception staff very welcoming and friendly. Pleasant surroundings in the waiting room. Sally, who was my physio, is bubbly and cheerful and gave me the encouragement to continue with exercises which would help to rectify/improve my condition and eliminate/greatly reduce my discomfort and therefore enabling more freedom of movement in my arm and shoulder. She also identified my condition before it was confirmed by my doctor. Would recommend this clinic which deals with all sorts of physio including sports injuries, pregnancy, post-operative conditions etc. Can we publish your review on our w

Brilliant as usual , having scoliosis means over the years I have needed lots of Physiotherapy through hospitals and yourselves . My first appointment with you was over 18 years ago and the the last one was about 3 weeks ago. You are always consistently good and soon get me feeling better and more positive

My G.P., recommended Impact Physiotherapy after having several issues with back problems. I now would not go anywhere else, sound advice given, along with exercises suitable for me. Anthony was and is fantastic, I have since recommended the practice to other friends too.

I found the staff at Impact very pleasant and helpful. The shoulder injury took some time to heal enough to be able to do exercises which actually made a difference, so in my case it was a long process and is still ongoing. The feedback from my first physio meant I was able to get shoulder injections reasonably quickly. My second physio gave me a different set of exercises which I still do every day as my shoulder becomes uncomfortable without them. I was pleased with the service I received and am happy in the knowledge that I would be seen quickly in the future if the need arises.

Many thanks to Fiona, the daily shoulder exercises were easy, realistic and very effective. Having an exercise program specifically designed for me, that changed in line with my progress, certainly helped greatly. Thanks again.

"The whole experience is welcoming and informative. By understanding why I am being asked to do the exercises to get me walking again enabled me to proactively work with the physio to get me going again. The Tai Chi is fabulous. It helps me focus and gently build up my muscles reducing the risk of trips and falls. There has been an amazing improvement from day one."

"Saw Sally Moore with a problematic neck which was causing headaches and was treated to a thorough examination, both verbal and physical, leading to exercises that dramatically lessened the discomfort in 7 days and am now almost back to normal. Brilliant service."

Very professional and welcoming. Sara took the time to listen to what I wanted from my massage; to help in preparation for the Ramathon. She identified the problem areas and now, 6 hours later I definitely feel less tense and well stretched.

I've had 'lower back' pain almost constantly for two years,it's completely impacted my life, it's affected my dancing which I love, my gym sessions, even walking, shopping, doing the house work, after seeing Chris who is totally professional, he taught me which muscle group was causing the pain, how to work with it on a daily basis, which things to avoid in the gym that were agrravating it, he's taught me exercises that I can do at home (or away) and in the gym to strengthen the msucles, I'm like a different person, no longer in pain. I can't thank Chris enough, he's completely changed my life.

"As I've aged I've found that I've got increasingly stiff and my joints and mobility have significantly reduced. To counteract these conditions I have been thinking about taking up Pilates and Yoga again, I used to attend classes but dropped out several years ago due to a change in my circumstances. I found Impact Physio through a recommendation from a friend and decided to join. I have now been attending both Pilates and Yoga classes since September this year and have seen a big difference in how I feel physically. The classes are not only good for me but I find them hugely enjoyable, I get a real ""buzz"" out of the exercises. In addition to the feel good factor generated by the exercises, a big plus about going to Impact Physio is that the staff are friendly and approachable. This makes the classes a very good experience, one I would recommend.

Fantastic staff and atmosphere. Not one of the intimidating gym type of places but welcoming, encouraging but still push you when needed. Have helped me get back to full fitness following a broken leg and even though I am now mended I will keep going because its great!

"I have been attending the Long Eaton branch for several years. The receptionists are always very polite and helpful. They are also extremely efficient both before an appointment with e-mail reminders and on the day of a visit. They create a calm and business like ""first impression"" of Impact Physiotherapy. I cannot rate them highly enough. I have been seen by Fiona on and off for several years. Besides being an accomplished physiotherapist, she always explains fully the treatment and clearly explains exercises for me to do between appointments and importantly makes sure that I understand before I leave that day. I have recently had massages with Amanda which I shall continue to do on a monthly basis. Again any treatment is explained in detail and she also listens to what I am saying so that she can make valued judgements on how she approaches my issues. I would thoroughly recommend the Long Eaton practice from the evidence of first hand experience."

I had developed a sore shoulder caused by too much swimming. Rachel was brilliant and as well as treating it, gave me some excellent exercises to strengthen the area. Pleased to say the problem hasn't returned and I'd definitely recommend anyone with a niggle to book a visit!
