Pilates

Pilates classes are based at our Long Eaton and West Bridgford clinics

We are continuing our Pilates sessions via the platform zoom; sessions are available within our small classes or on an individual basis.

Current clients: If you want to join one of our live classes, we will send you the link and instructions prior to joining.

We’ve been delighted with the positive response we’ve had from the groups who report that its been fantastic continuing their practice and interacting within the group sessions. We have received many emails stating they value receiving individualised feedback, knowing that the classes are specific to their level and the exercises are bespoke to challenge them.

New clients:  Please contact us to schedule an assessment to confirm which class would be most suitable for you.

Pilates 1:1

1:1 Pilates sessions allow specific exercise programmes to be developed for both in the studio and at home to maximise the benefit from Pilates. As your body changes and develops, so does the exercise programme helping you to strive to achieve and surpass your goals.

Safe for everyone

Pilates works the muscles through controlled movement and can be adapted to challenge any body whilst accomodating potential physical limitations. Therefore, Pilates is suitable for all, at any age, from the first-time exerciser with chronic back pain to top athletes looking for that sporting edge.

Studio Equipment

Our studio is equiped with Pilates specific equipment including a Trapeze table, Reformer, Core Align, Combo Chair, Ladder Barrel, Baby Arc, Orbit, Foam Rollers, Magic Circles and a multitude of soft and weighted balls.

We have recently added 8 x oov’s to our kit. The Oov helps to activate core stabilizing muscles while also gently extending the spine. From stretching to core strengthening to rehabilitation, or for relaxation, the Oov offers significant benefits for spinal health.

Meet your instructors
