Is it suitable if I’m older or returning to exercise?
Yes. Many people attend to maintain or rebuild strength and function over time. The focus is on good technique, steady progression and confidence.
What if I’ve had an injury or I’m worried about pain?
Because the class is physiotherapist-led, exercises can be adapted and alternatives offered.
How intense is the class?
It can be as challenging as you need it to be. Movements and loads can be scaled up or down depending on experience, fitness and how you feel on the day.

Can exercises be modified if I have limitations?
Yes. You’ll be shown progressions and alternatives so you can train safely without feeling stuck or left behind.
