We run a number of classes:
Yoga classes run on Fridays at our Long Eaton clinic.
We run 2 classes - Level 1 is suitable for beginners or those with little previous experience. Level 2 is a more advanced class where you can consolidate and extend your Yoga knowledge.
We run 3 levels of Pilates Classes as well as a Pilates Sports Performance Class.
As well as the usual group classes, we can also offer personalised 1:1 (1 instructor for 1 student), 1:2 or 1:3 classes.
FitBack & Bumps is an exciting new Educational Exercise Programme bringing new mums and mums-to-be together to share their pregnancy experience. These are Antenatal exercise classes and Postnatal exercise classes with a difference!
