I’ve struggled with lower back pain for years and sought help through the NHS and it kept coming back consistently. I was reluctant to pay for physio after my history with NHS ones and thinking it would be the same outcome, but I couldn’t have been more wrong. I had two sessions with Anneliese and my back has never felt better. She figured out exactly what was wrong and how to remedy it. Incredibly knowledgeable and a lovely person too, can’t recommend her enough!

Even though all my appointments were carried out over the phone due to COVID 19 , I felt I had excellent service. My physio – Anneliese regularly updated my program, e-mailing videos which were easy to follow and I felt she really listened to me and my concerns. Over the space of 4 months I’ve gone from virtually no movement in my shoulders and arms to almost back to normal and from being in a lot of pain to almost pain free. Many thanks.
