Once again – we are putting our feet up after a fantastic and busy day.

Well done to every one who took part in this years event. Thanks for sharing your medals and stories – 510 runners had a massage / treatment after their race. Well done to our twitter buddies who won a post race day massage and rolls of rock tape. A huge thank-you goes to the students from The University of Nottingham and Sheffield Hallam University who put in a long days shift, gaining valuable experience and developing their skills. Also to Tanya and her team of students from Active Therapy based in Loughborough, and several independent therapists who joined our team too. Thanks too goes to RockTape for donating huge rolls of tape and Patterson Medical for loaning a van full of couches.

See you again next year!

Ikano Bank Robin Hood Marathon 2016

We are delighted to be official race partners again for the 9th year running – no pun intended!

We will be based in the massage tent again on race day for pre and post event massage and available to assess any injuries. We are also supporting the corporate and elite runners. Once again – none of this would be possible without the support from The University of Nottingham and Sheffield Hallam Physiotherapy and Sport Rehabilitation students who are helping us raise funds for the race charities.

We are also offering the change to win a free post event massage – follow us on twitter @ImpactPhysio and tweet us with your number. The winner will be chosen the day after the race.

Don’t forget to call us pre race day if you have any niggles that are concerning you

We look forward to seeing you there!
