Coronavirus

Our Long Eaton, Derby Arena and Kedleston Road (The University of Derby) clinics are open for face to face appointments.

On booking you will be sent a covid screening form to complete prior to attending your appointment. (This can be completed over the phone if you prefer) We are still offering phone / video consultations too, as this has worked well for some who want to discuss aspects of their case or check in about progress without having to travel.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

You can do this either via our contact page on this website, by email; enquiries@impactphysio.co.uk, or our landline 0115 9721319

Please leave a message if we cannot answer your call and we will usually get back to you within an hour or so if needed.

symptoms & advice

Although the government has announced that restrictions will be lifted on July 19th we are conscious that many of our clients may have reservations about some of the changes.

Therefore in continuation of our on-going risk assessment and safety measures throughout the pandemic we will continue to use PPE during your appointment and ask you to continue to wear a face covering during your session.

If you are double vaccinated and been a close contact we will accept your daily testing result to allow you to attend your appointment in person, but we will continue to waiver our cancellation policy for those who have to cancel their session within a 24 hour period due to covid.

We will ask you to continue to arrive just prior to your appointment time, and wait in your car if possible.  There will be limited access to our waiting area if required.

Please don’t hesitate to make contact with us if you have any questions / concerns, in the usual way.

Thank-you for your continued support during this pandemic, we are grateful to be working with you.
