For our clients who have appointments in the diary, due to the current situation we request that you do not attend in person.

We will contact you at the scheduled time to discuss further management, this will be via telephone in the first instance and we will organise a video consultation if required.

We are confident in most cases that we can assess and facilitate management remotely, however if you consider your case would not benefit from this then please let us know.

We anticipate that the initial assessment may take 30 minutes and a follow up consultation may take approx.. 15 minutes, however these timings are flexible to accommodate individual needs.

If you fund your own treatment then please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any concerns.

We can assure you that you will receive the highest level of care in the circumstances, and we believe this is the safest option available at this current time. This approach is currently adopted within the NHS in all MSK Out-patient departments and has been used for several years successfully to manage many conditions to those who are unable to attend in person.
