Based in Long Eaton and Pride Park, Fiona offers both physio and Pilates appointments.

Sara Bostock

Sports Massage Therapist

Sara graduated from Brunel University in 2007 with a BSc in Sports Technology, she moved to Loughborough and completed a MSc in Sports Biomechanics in 2009. She has since qualified in Sports and Remedial Massage Therapy level 5 and is a full member of the Institute of Sports and Remedial Massage, ISRM.

Danni Pennachia

Senior Physiotherapist

Based at all 3 clinics, Danni is an experienced physiotherapist in musculoskeletal physiotherapy with experience in treating spinal pain, arthritis and rheumatological complaints, chronic pain, hand injuries, women’s health, sports injuries and post-operative rehabilitation. Danni recently completed her Masters in Manual Therapy with a first class and is also a member of the MACP (Musculoskeletal Association of Chartered Physiotherapists)

Sports & Remedial Massage

Sara Bostock is our Sports Masseur at Pride Park. Sports Massage is a treatment suitable for anybody, not just athletes, who enjoy a deep massage that releases and relaxes the muscles.

Valued by both athletes and people who don’t play sport by loosening tight muscles and soothing aching limbs caused by sport or by work related activities such as sitting at a computer for many hours at a time.

Directions from the A52;

  • Take the slip road towards Pride Park/Wyvern estate
  • At the first roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Derwent Parade (Towards Pride Park)
  • At Island 1 turn right onto Millennium way (Derby County Football Stadium will be on your left hand side)
  • Follow the road round to the left, then turn left onto Melbourne Court
  • Impact can be found at the bottom of the car park, with parking facilities right outside the building.
