Only three weeks until the 30th Robin Hood marathon. There is lots of advice on the internet about running, injury prevention, treatment, stretching, warm ups, cool down, etc… but if you have a problem affecting your running, you can’t beat 1:1 assessment and specific advice.  If you have pain or discomfort during or after a run then its not too late to do something about it.  Contact us now and be seen in one of our three clinics.  We are also available this wednesday for free assessment and advice at “Up and Running” on 286 Huntingdon Street, Nottingham NG1 3NA (0115 924 2242) between 2 and 7pm.  We will be available on the day pre/post run for assessment and advice in the physio/massage tent.  We look forward to meeting you!  Enjoy your running!
