Impact Physiotherapy were joined by colleagues and students from the NSOP to provide a team to support the runners at the 30th Robin Hood marathon.
Wednesday 25th August we are available at “Up and Running” on 286 Huntingdon Street, Nottingham NG1 3NA (0115 924 2242) between 2 and 7pm for free advice and assessment.
With spring well and truly here, spending more time outdoors and with longer evenings, our thoughts may well turn towards the garden!

Wrist guards have been found to prevent wrist fractures in snowboarders. Trials have shown that those wearing wrist guards are half as likely to injure the wrist than those not wearing them, Statistics show that only 10% of boarders wear them.
