Ante Natal / Post Natal Exercise Classes: January 2012

The next series of ante natal and post natal exercise classes will be starting in January 2012. Classes will be held weekly (over 4 weeks) with each class lasting 1 hour.

737 Challenge – Steve and Rich reach the summit!

Former Wales international rugby player Richard Parks and double Olympic gold medallist rower Steve Williams have reached the summit of the world’s highest mountain – Mount Everest. Richard summited at 7.42am local time/2.57am UK time and Steve summited at 10.10am local time/5.25am UK time today.

Climb Everest with Rich!

At Impact we are supporting the 737 challenge. We are climbing 50,000 steps, the equivalent of 8,850metres. (Approximately!! Using a 7” step) We are counting and adding together the number of steps made at the clinic and by Impact clients and friends. Together we have already added up over 20,000.
